Brenda Markert-Green has joined the team at Osceloa Mosaic. She has Master’s Degrees in Community Counseling and Psychology, a Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and is working on her Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Limited Licensed Psychologist. She also holds a Drug and Alcohol Certificate, a Certificate in Clinical Mediation, and is a Nationally Certified Gambling Counselor. She brings over 30 years of experience in counseling and related services.
Susan Hancock is a new Program Coordinator for Mosaic- Grain- IN. Susan is a graduate of Penn High School and received her B.S. and M.A. from Ball State University. She brings with her 26 years of experience working in the Social Services field. Her background covers diverse positions including: Probation Officer for adults and juveniles, Director of Community Corrections, Adjunct Professor and Middle School Educator, Leadership positions in Government (BDDS), Private and Non-Profit Agencies (Logan.)
Susan is married to Michael (22 years) and has three sons, Jordan, Aaron and Jared. Both sons attend college (Purdue North Central, IU Bloomington, respectively) Jared attends Penn High School and will be a Junior this fall. She also has a golden retriever and yellow tabby cat in her brood.
Susan is a runner and has completed 5 marathons. She enjoys spending time in prayer on her runs and is pleased to be working for a faith based agency. She believes Mosaic is her last career move, as she assumes the Mosaic Mission Statement, Vision and Values.
